Deposit *

A deposit of $150 is required to reserve wedding date. This is non-refundable. The $150.00 payment can be paid by credit card or cash. Due to the nature of the business, your wedding date will not be held until a deposit is paid and a contract is complete. Your deposit will be deducted from the wedding day balance, which will be due on your wedding day. The day of your wedding we will also accept credit card or cash. Please inform bridesmaids and family receiving hair service on the wedding day the accepted forms of payment.

Additional Fees *

A 20% gratuity will be added to the final total. For off-site locations, an additional fee (see below table) will be added to the final total. If travel fees apply, the deposit may be used towards the travel fee. Off-site services are to be paid in cash only. Please have cash ready in an envelope prior to stylist(s) arrival. 0 - 10 miles - 10% of Total Services 11 - 25 miles - 15% of Total Services 25+ miles - $250 Flat Fee

Service/Party Changes + Cancellation Policy *

SERVICE/PARTY CHANGES + CANCELLATION POLICY Any changes to the requested services or number of people in the party must be submitted 90 days before the wedding day. After that date, you will be responsible for the cost of all services listed in contract. Cancellations can be made up to 90 days before the wedding day without any extra charges. If you cancel 30 days prior to your wedding day 50% of the total wedding date rate quote will be charged to credit card provided. If you cancel 14 days or less of the wedding day you will then be charged 100% of the total wedding day rate quoted. I have read through and understand all terms and details of this agreement and I have supplied all correct and required information. By signing below, I authorize Mane Event Salon Rosemont to charge me for the agreed upon services, as well as any fees or charges, as indicated in the contract.

Steaming Notice

Please note that dresses should not be steamed near the stylists who perform services. This will help ensure that hair does not become frizzy or difficult to style.
